信佳網(wǎng)絡(luò)器材深圳有限公司是SUGA 集團(tuán)(港資)的深圳子公司,負(fù)責(zé)專(zhuān)業(yè)音響,網(wǎng)絡(luò)產(chǎn)品和教育產(chǎn)品,新能源產(chǎn)品的代工。2010年接手負(fù)責(zé)UK教育類(lèi)產(chǎn)品Promethean公司的項(xiàng)目管理和法資機(jī)電類(lèi)產(chǎn)品福州利萊森瑪公司的項(xiàng)目管理。最開(kāi)始以項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理助理的角色服務(wù)這個(gè)兩個(gè)公司,由于認(rèn)真的態(tài)度和勤奮的學(xué)習(xí),1年后正式升任為項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理,在職期間主要責(zé)任如下:
● 負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品從接到訂單到訂單順利出貨的全部過(guò)程。此間需要及時(shí)與公司內(nèi)部溝通,協(xié)調(diào)各個(gè)部門(mén),并解決欠料以及所有出貨突發(fā)問(wèn)題,比如說(shuō)欠料,現(xiàn)貨購(gòu)買(mǎi),及時(shí)送貨,及時(shí)解決生產(chǎn)異常,測(cè)架的異常和由料件的品質(zhì)問(wèn)題導(dǎo)致的突然停拉異常,新的fireware測(cè)試異常等。
● 負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)客戶(hù)的預(yù)測(cè)需求和生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的變動(dòng)增減成品安全庫(kù)存和供應(yīng)鏈管理的計(jì)劃。
● 負(fù)責(zé)每個(gè)產(chǎn)品的收益和利潤(rùn)分析,做出成本預(yù)算。
● 負(fù)責(zé)擬定每個(gè)產(chǎn)品的RFQ,單價(jià)以及根據(jù)客戶(hù)要求內(nèi)容和格式給出對(duì)應(yīng)報(bào)價(jià)單。
● 負(fù)責(zé)客戶(hù)新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中的全程跟蹤服務(wù),從BOM和結(jié)構(gòu)件圖紙的接收到電子物料和結(jié)構(gòu)物料的齊料,生產(chǎn)的協(xié)調(diào),樣機(jī)的各種測(cè)試,與公司內(nèi)部作為一個(gè)團(tuán)體和客戶(hù)進(jìn)行有效的溝通和合作,保證客戶(hù)的新產(chǎn)品提前順利出貨,穩(wěn)定并提高客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度。
● 負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃,成本計(jì)算,以及從新產(chǎn)品到大貨出貨的服務(wù)。
● 負(fù)責(zé)每個(gè)項(xiàng)目的Excess & Obsolete分析,與客戶(hù)協(xié)商處理停產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品以及CEO更改導(dǎo)致的多呆料時(shí),最大程度的保護(hù)公司利益不受損失。
● 定期參與客戶(hù)會(huì)議和QBR,并及時(shí)回饋給公司,以改善提高公司的服務(wù)能力。
● 與采購(gòu)部合作要求客供供應(yīng)商和本公司的供應(yīng)商降價(jià)以保證公司的利潤(rùn),同時(shí)可以保證提供給客戶(hù)有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的價(jià)格,為公司爭(zhēng)取更大的訂單。
● 負(fù)責(zé)客戶(hù)關(guān)系維護(hù),及時(shí)解決客戶(hù)投訴,制定并規(guī)范返修機(jī)的保質(zhì)期和返修流程,在保護(hù)公司利益的基礎(chǔ)上,以達(dá)到客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度最高為目標(biāo),最終讓公司受益。
● 與公司同事的關(guān)系處理得非常好,總是在工作的時(shí)候得到大家的幫助,增加公司的溝通氛圍,減少工作時(shí)候的阻力。
● 積極的培養(yǎng)公司的新同事,并無(wú)私的將自己的所學(xué)授予新同事,為公司的后備資源貢獻(xiàn)自己的力量。在公司收購(gòu)合作外貿(mào)公司后,統(tǒng)籌管理三個(gè)愛(ài)爾蘭同事。
Suga Networks Equipment Limited operated as a professional OEM Company that created and supported Global Supply Chain Networks that design, build and deliver Electronic Products to major American, European & UK Customers. I started worked with SUGA as Program Manager assistant to help managing Promethean, a leading Educational Provider of Electronics White Boards and Software Packages, and Leroy Somer ,a generator,motor and reducer producer company. After 1 year, I was promoted to Program Manager,obtaining full responsibility for all aspects of the two companies . My Key responsibilities included;
Management of all Products throughout the Product Life Cycle Stage,manager to solve normal problem and emergency,including the material shortage,production line coordinating,spot buy,on time delivery ,line down and so on.
Supply Chain/Demand Planning, Forecasting and Reschedules.
Revenue & Margin Analysis for each Product,making out Cost Budgeting.
RFQ, Quotation and Pricing for all of my Products managing to P&L Objectives set out by Corporate.
New Product Introduction, successfully delivering on-time major New Product Introductions within challenging timelines.
Prototyping, Planning, Costing and Ramp to Volume (Mass Production)
Inventory Analysis – Excess & Obsolete Inventory including MOQ excess and ECO changes excess.
Presentations at Customer Meetings, Supplier QBRs and general Internal Meetings
Cost Reduction Initiatives, working with purchase derpartment and Manufacturers to optimise internal margins whilst offering competitive reductions to Customers.
Customer relationship management, regulating the RMA flow and Warranty according to the reality.
Have good relationship with colleagues,and getting great help from them during working to improve work efficiency.
Training new colleagues of Cross Functional Business and communication skill.
Achievements:
Work out a new forecast flow and Implemented it successful internally to have accurate plan for long lead time materials that can reduce the material shortage risk,at the same time improved customer satisfaction.
Work out a new RMA flow and change the Warranty with customer from two years to one year.
Successed to bring lots of new products from Prototyping to Mass Production,such as Expression 2 and Saturn.Manager to lead the whole team to solve the problem around.
